1. Seller

2. Products

  • Unlock (one-off purchase): fully unlocks a single Chart, i.e. the complete interpretation of all layers (alchemical, astrological, harmonic) and the corresponding PDF. Access to that Chart is permanent: it can be reviewed and re-downloaded at any time from the account.
  • Premium (subscription): keeps all of the User's Charts, present and future, unlocked for the duration of the subscription (monthly or annual).

Basic features (traditional chart, alchemical totals, harmonic analysis and the interpretation preview) remain free.

3. Prices

Current prices are shown in the application at the time of purchase and are intended [inclusive / exclusive] of VAT where applicable, according to the Seller's tax regime and EU digital services rules.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, PayPal and wallets where available). The Seller does not process or store card data.

5. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when, after payment is completed on Stripe, the User is redirected to the Service and access to the purchased content is activated.

6. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

For digital content supplied not on a tangible medium (full interpretation and PDF, activated immediately), at the time of purchase the User:

  1. expressly consents to immediate performance of the supply, and
  2. acknowledges that, once performance has begun, they lose the right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).

For the Premium subscription: the User may cancel at any time from the management portal (Stripe Customer Portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, with no pro-rata refunds unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds

As these are digital content items usable immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. In case of malfunction or duplicate charge, contact [email protected]: we will assess a refund in accordance with the law.

8. Subscription renewal

The subscription renews automatically at expiry (monthly/annual) at the then-current price, unless cancelled before renewal through the management portal.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Sales are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court remains that of their place of residence/domicile, and the non-waivable protections of the Italian Consumer Code apply.
